We are a local family-owned vacation rental company based in Kissimmee, Florida, proudly helping families create unforgettable vacations since 2011.

Our story began with a passion for hospitality and travel. Owner Tony, originally from Italy, has more than 30 years of international hospitality experience, having worked in hotels and tourism across several countries before making Florida home. His extensive background in guest service, operations, and hospitality management has shaped the high standards and personal approach that Florida Holiday Homes is known for today.

Together with our dedicated family team, we personally manage every vacation home in our portfolio. Unlike large management companies, we don't believe in managing hundreds of properties with call centers and automated responses. We carefully select each home, maintain close relationships with our homeowners, and provide personalized service to every guest from the moment they book until they return home.

Our vacation homes are located in some of Central Florida's most popular resort communities, including Lake Berkley, Emerald Island, Terra Verde, Crystal Cove, Sonoma Resort, Venetian Bay Villages, and other sought-after locations just minutes from Walt Disney World®, Universal Orlando Resort, and many of Orlando's top attractions.
